Makes it possible for you to specify the delay in seconds between the execution of each line of code located in the Trace Window. This dialog box appears when you select Throttle from the Debug Menu, Debugger Window.

Delay (seconds)

Makes it possible for you to set the delay of execution from 0.0 seconds to 5.0 seconds between each line of code.
